Riga, May 2025 — SIA Talzy has launched Talent Flow, a next-generation applicant tracking system built around an integrated artificial intelligence engine.

The platform will modernise how Talzy sources, screens and places candidates with its client companies. The project is supported by the European Union under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (NextGenerationEU), administered in Latvia by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA).
About the Project
Talent Flow is designed as a single, end-to-end recruitment workspace that connects three groups of users — recruiters, candidates and hiring clients — in one place. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, inboxes, and standalone tools that recruitment teams typically operate across, and puts the full hiring lifecycle on a shared data foundation.
A Single Recruitment Workspace
The platform brings together candidate profiles, the full communication history with both candidates and clients, structured hiring pipelines, and a complete record of placements and contracts. A dedicated HR module manages Talzy's own staff — including employment contracts and leave — so that recruitment operations and internal HR sit on the same data layer rather than living in disconnected systems.

Email is integrated natively. Every interaction with a candidate or client is captured automatically, eliminating the manual logging that usually fragments hiring records over time.
The AI Engine at the Core
At the core of the system sits an AI engine that automates candidate sourcing and screening, ranks candidates against open roles, and surfaces recommendations directly inside the recruiter's workflow. Rather than building AI as an add-on, Talent Flow treats AI ranking and recommendation as a first-class feature embedded in the daily recruiter experience.
Deployment, Training, and Support
The solution will be deployed either on premises or in the cloud, with role-based access control, configurable notifications, and a one-time migration of existing data from current sources.
User training and full project documentation are included, and the contractor will provide technical support for at least three months following go-live.
Goals and Expected Results
The initiative is designed to:
- shorten time-to-hire by automating candidate sourcing and shortlisting;
- improve match quality through AI-driven candidate-to-role scoring;
- create a single source of truth for candidate, client, and placement data;
- free recruiters from manual administrative work so they can focus on relationships and decisions.
