The management fee is $1,062 per engineer for the first tier - and it scales down as your team expands. Once a tier is reached, the lower rate applies to ALL your engineers, not just the new ones. The $354 workspace fee stays flat across every tier.

Everything about pricing

When do fees start?

Fees start on the engineer's first day of employment. No fees during sourcing or interviewing.

Who pays the developer salary?

Talzy pays the developer directly under local employment. You pay Talzy a single monthly invoice that covers salary, employer taxes, and our fees.

Is there a minimum engagement?

Our partnerships are designed for long-term engineering capacity (12+ months). Shorter needs are better served by other models.

What if an engineer leaves?

If an engineer leaves during the probation period (typically the first 3 months), we replace them at no additional cost. After probation, we still help you source and onboard a replacement - retention is our job, and when something doesn't work out, we work with you to make it right.

Can we use our own workspace?

Yes. If you prefer remote or your own office, the workspace fee adjusts accordingly. Let's talk.

What's NOT included in the $1,416/mo?

Three things: the developer salary itself (paid through us, market-benchmarked, passed through at cost), optional benefit upgrades the engineer selects (we facilitate, you approve), and bespoke equipment beyond our standard laptop-and-peripherals package. Everything else - sourcing, employment, payroll, office, onboarding, retention - is bundled.

How does Talzy compare to Deel or Remote?

Deel and Remote are EORs - they handle payroll and compliance, and sell everything else as separate modules (HR, IT, recruiting). You end up with 3–5 line items per engineer. Talzy is a full Employment Operations Partner - we do sourcing, vetting, employment, workspace, retention under one flat fee. Simpler math, aligned incentives.

What happens if an engineer leaves or doesn't work out?

If an engineer leaves during the probation period (typically the first 3 months), we source a replacement at no additional cost, manage the transition, and keep your capacity intact. After probation, we still lead the replacement process - our monthly fee exists so we stay invested in retention, unlike recruitment agencies where the placement fee ends our involvement.

Is there a minimum contract or lock-in period?

No hard lock-in. We operate month-to-month after a one-month notice. In practice most partnerships run 2+ years because turnover is expensive for everyone - but the exit door is always unlocked.

What if we eventually want our own entity in Europe?

We'll help you transition. Our Bridge Model plans for your independence from day one - at 30+ engineers, we help you open your own entity and hand over contracts cleanly. No drama, no surprise fees. This is how the model is designed to end.
