Questions engineers ask
Who legally employs me?

Talzy employs you under a full local contract in your country of residence. You work exclusively for one partner company - long-term, not on rotation. All social contributions, health coverage, and paid leave are covered and compliant.
How much more can I realistically earn?

On average, engineers joining Talzy see a 2× uplift versus the local market - because you're paid against an international benchmark, not a local salary floor. Every pay rise negotiated goes directly to you; Talzy's fee is fixed and transparent.
Do I have to relocate or get a visa?

No. You keep living where you are. You work for a North American or Western European company from your home city - fully remote, fully legal, no visa paperwork.
Can I work with multiple clients at once?

No. Talzy placements are full-time dedicated engagements. You work for one company, long-term. This is intentional - it is what lets us advocate for fair pay and long-term career growth.
What happens if a placement does not work out?

We find you the next one. If a company engagement ends - for any reason - we introduce you to the next opportunity in the network. You do not start from zero on your own.
Do I need to speak English?

Yes. Strong written and spoken English is required - you'll be working with international teams every day. A clean accent is not required. Clarity and confidence on calls is.
What seniority levels do you hire?

We place mid, senior, and lead engineers. Principal roles on request for specialised domains. We don't currently place juniors - our partner companies are hiring for immediate contribution.
How long does the process take?

From first conversation to signing with your new company: typically 2–3 weeks. The bottleneck is your availability, not ours. We review every application within a few business days.
